Born in Nisou, he graduated from the Pancyprian Gymnasium in 1966. He studied in England, receiving a Higher national Diploma in Structural Engineering. He took lessons in painting and photography at hastings College, Sussex.

His first teachers were the late Telemachos Kanthos and Lefteris Economou. His works mainly consist of  watercolors, oils and pastels.

He has organised ten 0ne-man shows and participated in many group exhibitions in Cyprus and abroad, mostly in England and the USA.

Works of his are found in state and private collections, both in Cyprus and abroad.
